Refund Policy

What you are buying, when we refund, and how to ask, in plain English.

We want you to feel the full audit was worth paying for. The monthly program has its own guarantee, in section 7.

1. What you are buying

The Instly Scout Full AI Visibility Audit ($49.99) is a one-time digital product: a report generated for a specific website at a specific point in time, delivered immediately after payment (online, as a PDF-ready version, and by email). The audit is not a subscription and has no recurring charge.

2. Our 7-day satisfaction guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your report, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will refund it in full. You do not need to justify the request in detail - simply tell us the report did not deliver what you expected, and we will process the refund.

We ask for one thing in return: a sentence about what fell short. It is the fastest way for us to improve the product.

Because the report is delivered instantly and in full, we may decline refund requests made more than 7 days after purchase, or where the same website has been repeatedly purchased and refunded. We also cannot refund on the basis that you disagree with the score itself - the audit is an assessment tool, and a low score is information, not a defect.

5. How to request a refund

Email [email protected] from the address you used at checkout, with the website that was audited. That is all we need to find your purchase.

We aim to acknowledge every request within one business day and to process approved refunds within five business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method via our payment processor, Stripe. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the funds may take a further few days to appear.

6. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under the consumer law that applies to you. Customers in the UK and EU normally have a 14-day right to cancel distance purchases; for digital content delivered immediately, that right ends once delivery begins with your consent, which you give at checkout. Our 7-day satisfaction guarantee above is offered in addition to - and independently of - any statutory right, and we will always honour whichever gives you the better outcome.

7. The monthly program and its 90-day guarantee

The monthly program is our done-for-you managed service, sold separately from the audit. As shown on our pricing page, it is $500 a month at the founding-customer rate, for a 3-month term with no setup fee; additional sites are $200 a month. Technical and on-page fixes are included; new pages and articles are $100 each, quoted before any work begins.

The program carries a 90-day guarantee. If, after 90 days of our work, your site is not named in more answers than at baseline by more than the measured noise of your own baseline readings, judged on the same questions, the same engines and the same naming rule, the program fee for 30 days is refunded. You keep everything we produced. The guarantee applies when the fixes we recommend are in place, made by us. The 7-day satisfaction guarantee in section 2 applies to the audit, not to the program.

8. Other services

Work outside the audit and the monthly program is quoted and agreed separately before any work begins. The terms of that engagement govern cancellation and payment for that work, not this policy.
