Instly Scout is a product of Instly Technologies (Instly Co., Ltd.), a Bangkok company that builds AI-native platforms for the international health insurance industry: rate engines, comparison sites, agents. Scout started as the tool we used to get our own comparison sites named by AI engines, and became a product when the measuring turned out to be the hard part.

What went wrong in August 2026, and what we did about it.
The problem
In August 2026 our own audit platform was found to be unsellable, not for want of features but because its findings were not reliable. On one site in one day it scored a page serving "noindex" at 56 out of 100 because no noindex check existed, reported a live sitemap as missing because only one path was ever tried, and flagged a count-up animation's starting value of zero as the client's "corrupted proof metrics" at critical severity. One defect ran through all of it: absent or transient data reported as a failure. A confident wrong answer is worse than no answer, because the client acts on it.
The rules we run by now
Measure with the instrument; never hand-check and report the result as fact. If the tool does not measure something, fix the tool. Distinguish absent from present-but-hidden. A failing check records what it saw. State what is proven, state what is unknown, and name the one diagnostic that would settle it. Never let a model's guess stand in for a client's own words. Three scores, three instruments, never one number. Client sites are production: only the change asked for. Baseline before any work, or there is no proof. Publish our own readings, including the zero.
